Dark Matter eLiquid

Enjoy the wonderful flavor of our latest VapeSafe eLiquid - Dark Matter.

Dark Matter tastes like German chocolate cake. For those of you who have not had the fortunate to try a piece German chocolate cake recently, this is a great way to experience the flavor without getting any of the calories. German chocolate cake is a layered cake filled and topped with a coconut-pecan frosting. Traditionally sweet baking chocolate is used for the chocolate flavor in the actual cake. The robust filling and topping is a caramel made with egg yolks and evaporated milk. Once the caramel is cooked, coconut and pecans are stirred into the mixture. Finally, rich chocolate frosting is spread around the sides of the cake to hold in the filling.

Dark Matter eLiquid by VapeSafe captures the essence of German chocolate cake. Dark Matter eLiquid delivers plumes of vapor and rich chocolatey flavor that you'll want to enjoy again and again. Try Dark Matter today!

Description

In a novel as brawling and boisterous as Chicago itself, Scott Simon delivers a tale both laugh-out-loud funny and deeply moving, capturing the multiethnic tumult of big city politics.

The mayor of Chicago is found in his office late at night, murdered, facedown in a pizza. As police race to find the killer, the interim mayor, Sundaran “Sunny” Roopini, tries to juggle his responsibilities as a recently widowed father of two teenage daughters while herding his forty-nine fellow city aldermen toward choosing a new mayor. Over the course of four days, this raft of colorful characters–heroes, rascals, and pinky-ringed pols of all creeds, colors, and proclivities–will clash, as Sunny, a flawed but decent man, tries to hold together his family and his city.

Summary: "Is Chicago politics ready for 'reform' ... yet?"

If you've been raised in Chicago and follow politics you'll love this book. Our book club made this their selection. There were many laughs over the luncheon discussion. It was worthy of being a Christmas present for my brother in Georgia, sister in Palos Park and high school friend in Sunnyvale, California. His father and my father were Democratic precinct captains in the '40s. They would have a good laugh in reading this. Is Chicago ready for political 'reform'... yet? Aye or Nay... .

Summary: "WORTH YOUR TIME!"

In Windy City, Scott Simon shares his vast knowledge of the inner workings of the Chicago political scene, as well as his insights into human nature. Cleverly written, intelligent, covers the gamut of human emotion; the scope of the book goes far beyond just what transpires behind the doors of City Hall.I thoroughly enjoyed it. The only challenge: remembering ALL of the Alderman's names!

I read and enjoy everything Scott Simon writes. I especially love it when he writes about Chicago - my home town. So, if you like politics or Chicago or both, this book is for you.

Summary: "Timely look within local politics"

Writing about Chicago politics could not come at a better time. Simon takes the reader into the world of aldermen and shows how ward politics works. There is a mystery involved in the book but that is not what makes the story fascinating. Each character is drawn with such clear distinction one can see them in the mind's eye. Sunny, the protagonist, weaves between them to combine their ideocycracies into a dynamic and powerful story.
